Here is some more convincing evidence that you should seriously consider fish oil supplements for treating depression and anxiety disorder.
The video below is from a med student who shares some Harvard Medical School research with us.
This video of Bruce H. Yaffe M.D. shows that the media has really publicized the benefits of omega-3 on heart health. But, much of the press on fish oil misses the fact that it is so important for proper brain function.
Notice how he points out that the omega three in flaxseed loses its effectiveness in people as they age. He mentions age 40. Fish oil is a better source of omega-3 than flaxseed.
